Brock had a fever Wed morning and last night. We took him to the ER both times and the blood culture from last night grew gram positive so we are back in the hospital for IV antibiotics. He’s been sleeping all day and acts like he doesn’t feel good. We’re praying that it’s just a line infection that can easily be cleared.

  2. Poor little guy (and mommy, daddy and sister). Am in agreement with your prayer that it’s just an infection and will be cleared up immediately. Also praying for peace and comfort for your entire family. I can not imagine being in your shoes.

  3. I was fortunate enough to spend the day with Jay today. I treasured the time, buddy. It was a good day. Know we’re praying for you all.

  4. Oh how vividly I remember those times with our Hillary. We will be praying for those antibiotics to work quickly to fight the infection and that you will be home soon! Hang in there these days will someday be over and you will be like us and every time you look at your healed boy grow into a healthy young man you will still be in awe of God’s goodness! (our Hillary, rhabdomyosarcoma survivor is turning 26 next month and expecting our first grandchild in Dec!) That is a double miracle because first they did not give us a very good prognosis for her to survive and then after 2 years of very aggressive chemo & radiation they told us looked like everything was just dead tissue but that she may never have children because of all the treatment and here we are 18 years after the chemo very healthy and getting ready to deliver Tanner Lee! We are praying and believing this same miraculous power for Brock and for God’s strength to press on each day.
